Job summary

Journey Found, Inc. in Manchester, CT is seeking a Direct Support Specialist to assist individuals with daily living activities in our group homes. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking, transportation, and documenting care plans.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, at least 3 years of driving experience with a valid license, and good communication skills. PMT, CPR, First Aid, and DDS Medication Administration Program training are required or provided.

• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.
• Will be required to be PMT, CPR, FA and complete DDS Medication Administration Program (MAP).
