Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Individual and Community Services team in Wilmington, NC. This part-time role involves on-site work, day shifts, and travel within the local community to support the consumers we serve.

You will build meaningful connections, assist with personal care, and help individuals pursue independence and personal goals. A high school diploma and a valid NC driver’s license are required; experience with disabilities is preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Interpersonal skills and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities
