This full-time role includes weekend and holiday shifts, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with IDD and behavioral support needs
• Assist with activities of daily living and community participation
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and document progress in ISPs
