Job summary

Mosaic in East Hampton, CT seeks Direct Support Professionals to empower people served to live as independently as possible. You will help develop daily living skills, identify personal goals, and ensure safety and well-being in daily routines.

No experience is required; we provide thorough training. You will also assist with meals, housekeeping and transportation as needed, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; thorough training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• Physical activity including standing, walking, bending; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and life activities to promote independence.
• Identify and help achieve personal goals for a better life.
• Monitor safety, medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meals and laundry.
