Job summary

We Do Life...Together seeks Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in Residential and Vocational settings. You will work second shift, ensuring individuals can live their best lives with guided care and planned activities.

The role offers advancement opportunities and a $500 longevity incentive after one year, with potential increases over time as tenure grows. A meaningful, essential staff position awaits dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must demonstrate use of smartphones, tablets and computers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the needs of individuals are met per their plan and support success.
• Maintain and update individual plans per state and agency requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping and upkeep of home/work environment.
• Provide safe transportation for individuals and ensure vehicle documentation.
• Administer medication and follow delegated medical responsibilities.
