Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Two years’ experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Safe driving record, current driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current motor vehicle liability insurance required.
• Ability to pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supports individuals and, when appropriate, their families in identifying goals the individual wishes to achieve.
• Helps individuals increase and/or maintain independence at home and in the community.
• Assists individuals to participate in activities and be active community members.
• Supports individuals to develop social and communication skills.
• Provides transportation as needed.
• Completes daily timesheets and progress notes on time.
