Job summary

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties
• Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities
• Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships
• Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
