Job summary

LSSI is currently seeking candidates in Sterling, IL who are committed to delivering high-quality support services. The role involves implementing individualized goals and behavioral plans, coordinating daily logs and staffing, and assisting with community integration including transportation to those served.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid basics, and be available for all shifts including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid basics required.
• Must pass the TABE test.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work all shifts, including overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Access to reliable transportation required.
• Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement, and document individual personal goals and behavior programs.
• Participate in development of individual Service Plan via daily log, programming suggestions, and staffings.
• Participate in community integration, including providing transportation to the person(s) served.
• Maintain regular and consistent work attendance.
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations with dignity and respect.
