Greater Hearts Human Services LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home/residential setting in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania area. The role focuses on daily living assistance, implementing individualized plans, and promoting independence within a structured care environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, PA driver’s license, and good teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or GED, or two years of experience as a DSP.
• Must have Pennsylvania Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English.
• Knowledge of basic math and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and assist with activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement client-specific support plans.
• Document activities and maintain records for regulatory compliance.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities when needed.
