Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including grooming, cooking, cleaning, and hygiene.
• Help access and participate in community activities and recreation.

• Encourage community engagement and life skills development.
• Develop, implement, and document ISP outcomes.
• Teach independent living skills such as budgeting and safety.
• Support communication and self-advocacy.
• Report incidents or concerns to supervisor promptly.
