Job summary

icarehealth LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Flagstaff, AZ. This role provides hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential, community, or home settings, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence.

The DSP will follow individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure person-centered care. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and transportation may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication administration as prescribed.
