Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking compassionate caregivers in Arkansas to assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal planning, medication reminders, and transportation support. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and a valid Arkansas driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency OR two years of verifiable successful history working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid AR Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, meal planning, etc.).
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands, and serve as a companion.
• Help customers achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety and success.
