Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal planning, medication assistance).
• Provide transportation coordination or arrange rides for appointments and errands.
• Document daily activities and updates using the online platform.
• Monitor safety and surroundings and report concerns promptly.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate quality decision making, effective communication, problem solving, and team collaboration.
