Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with disabilities to be as active as possible.
• Assist with daily living activities including household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community outings as needed.
• Follow Behavior and Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
• Maintain safety and respond to emergencies; complete required training.
