Job summary

Danville Services Corporation in Pleasant Grove, Utah, is seeking Direct Support Staff to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, independent living, and meaningful activities in homes and day programs.

You will build relationships, teach life skills, handle ADLs, monitor health, and collaborate with a care team across morning to overnight shifts; paid training provided, sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
• Observe and report changes in individuals' behavior or health status.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Foster effective communication and build positive relationships with individuals and their families.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
