Danville Services Corporation in Utah is hiring Direct Support Staff to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently and meaningfully. You will help with daily routines, meals, hygiene, and medication management in home and day program settings.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) including hygiene, meals, and medication management.
• Maintain a clean and safe group home environment.
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in behavior or health status.
• Foster effective communication and build relationships with individuals and families.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality of care.
• Able to pass a background check.
