Job summary

This role offers a 3-day work week with long shifts (12–13 hours) and weekend premium pay, with a starting hourly wage around $21.58–$23.04. Applicants must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and assist with mobility.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Criminal background check and drug screen clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
- Support exercise and mobility.
- Document client progress toward personal goals.
- Communicate and coordinate with teams to support clients effectively.
- Monitor health and wellness.
- Accompany clients to outings and events.
- Support work-skills development.
- Monitor environments for potential hazards and assist with challenges.
- Follow detailed dietary instructions.
