Pay rate is $20.50 per hour, with 30 hours per week and full-time status. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience with individuals with disabilities and supervisory experience, plus a PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well‑being, including medication support (as trained).
