ResCare Community Living, a Sevita family member, is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee care teams delivering supports to individuals with disabilities. The role focuses on implementing ISP plans, coordinating staff, and ensuring safe, person-centered services.
Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, scheduling, and supervising caregivers, plus assisting with daily activities, meals, medications, and community outings. A driving role with valid license is required.

Pay rate: $19 / hr
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 6 am - 2pm
Mandatory Requirement: This is a driving position. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to verify at least one year of active driving history. If the current license was issued less than one year ago, candidates must provide a motor vehicle record, previous license, or other acceptable documentation demonstrating continuous valid licensure for at least one year. Failure to provide such documentation will result in ineligibility for employment.
