Client’s Hourly Compensation Rate & Available Hours

• Up to $20/hr. Compensation depending on contractor’s qualifications, availability, and skills.
• All shifts available, fast start.
• Must be able to complete a 1‑week client training between 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday‑Friday.

• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.

Client’s Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to work with low, mid, and high functioning consumers.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (Physical/TB screening, PA State Criminal Background).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
