Job summary

Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. (PA) seeks on-call Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support clients in residential homes in Eden Prairie, MN. Roles include both part-time and full-time assignments with morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing programs for communication and behavior, and promoting independence while maintaining a clean, safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or direct care roles is valued.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependable attendance is essential.

PrecisionHR is seeking ON CALL Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients on a part-time and full-time basis. To be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting. SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME!

HOURS & COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE

• FullTime and Per Diem available
• 1st Shifts: 7:30am 4:00pm
• 2nd Shifts: 3:30pm 12:00am
• 3rd Shifts: 11:30pm 8:00am

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal selfcare such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Accompany participants to various community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants.

**MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE.
