We are specifically seeking dependable, awake overnight staff who are comfortable working 3rd shift schedules and can provide a calm, safe and supportive environment throughout the night.

Your day as a Direct Support Professionals

As a new Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you will:

• Support individuals with daily living needs and overnight routines.
• Ensure safety, well-being, and comfort during overnight hours.
• Assist with documentation and housekeeping
• Respond appropriately to overnight needs to emergencies
• Help individuals maintain dignity, independence and quality of life

What you need to be successful

To be successful as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you will need a unique blend of skills that prioritize the care and well‑being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
