Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Services and working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills.
• Candidates should possess the ability to provide Training and support to individuals in skill-building and daily living tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in human services or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow individualized support plans.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Providence County, RI as needed.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job and complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
