Job summary

Mana Resources is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Nampa or Meridian. You will help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve personal goals while working with a supportive care team.

Shifts include swing and weekend options; training provided and benefits available. Join a compassionate team dedicated to fostering independence and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training available).
• Experience is a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with medications.
• Support community outings and recreational activities.
• Encourage independence and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home.
• Complete documentation and communicate with the care team.
