Home To Stay is actively seeking Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As a DSP, you’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and enable independence and safe participation in community activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care with opportunities to work in Browns Mills and surrounding areas. Strong communication and reliability are valued in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to complete background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Prior caregiving or DSP experience required.

Responsibilities
