Job summary

Skill Creations, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our North Carolina residential and community programs. Roles include assisting with personal care, medication administration, and independent living skills.

Full-time and part-time positions pay $17.60 per hour, with back-up/PRN at $17.00. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, holiday pay, PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Criminal Record Check required.
• Prompt and regular attendance expected.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for individuals with physical/medical, behavioral, cognitive needs.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and independent living skills.
• Transport or accompany individuals to activities and appointments.
