Direct Support Professional – IDD Services

Location: Donora, PA 15033

Shift: PT Evening (3pm-11pm Friday; 7am-11pm Saturday)

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants.
• Take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and pursue their favorite activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide coaching, support, and advocacy to help participants live well and grow.
