Out Of The Box Solutions in Oregon City, OR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in an engaging, respectful way. You will help clients live more independently and achieve meaningful progress every day.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
