Qualifications

• Successful completion of required trainings per regulations.
• One year of experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals assist and supervise residents in activities of daily living.
• Adhere to and document each individual's program as directed by supervisors.
• Provide active programming at all times.
• Follow standards, procedures, and schedules set by supervisors.
• Comply with CNA regulations where applicable and mandated reporter requirements.
