ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Perrysburg, OH, for full-time and part-time roles. Training is provided—no prior experience required—to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of life.
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
