What You’ll Do
- Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
- Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
- Follow care plans and goals
- Communicate with families and your team
- Complete notes and documentation
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Current Clients Needing Additional Support
Client 1 (Tigard):
- Male | 5 yrs | 97233
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Could be split shifts if need be. Family is flexible
- Needs: Needs help lifting, holding him, assisting with medical equipment, handling his daily hygiene needs. Interact with him and provide mobility support. Has a g-tube and needs help with stretches.
Client 2 (Tigard):
- Male | 13 yrs | 97224
- Schedule: Need help Fridays from about 3-6 pm and Monday's
- Likes: Family, pet dogs, grandparents, music, physical activities, the Beatles,outerspace, nature and taking care of the environment.
- Needs:Needs help with communication and working on self regulation. Encouragement to complete household tasks and chores. Take him to the park or fun places on the weekend
Client 3 (Tigard):
- Male | 11 yrs | 97224
- Schedule: Monday - Friday from 2:30-7:30. Potential to stay longer on Tuesdays.
- Likes: This client is a very sweet, active kid and easy to like. People who are patient, appreciate his sense of humor, are okay having the same conversation over and over again and able to interact and keep up with his pace do well with this client.
- Needs: He is working on gaining skills in community navigation, wanting to build reciprocal communication skills through community activities, increase foodpreperation skills and increase independence and cleanliness around elimination
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
