Rise, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Minnesota to support adults with disabilities within the Supported Employment Team. The role involves hands-on training, promoting independence, and helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals.
Openings in Anoka, Fridley, Maple Grove, and Stillwater with varied hours. This position may be filled at Level II or Level III based on qualifications and program needs, reporting to the Program Supervisor/Manager.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours vary between 7am - 5pm
Wage: Based on experience and qualifications
Level 2: $18.91 - $19.96 per hour
Level 3: $21.01 - $22.06 per hour
Reports to: Program Supervisor/ Program Manager
Join our Direct Support Professional (DSP) team supporting adults with disabilities in our Supported Employment Team Program. You’ll provide hands-on training, promote independence, and help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to person-centered practices.
This position may be filled at the Direct Support Professional Level II or Level III, depending on qualifications, experience, and program needs.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will work directly with adults with disabilities to support their goals in both community and program settings. Your day may include:
Level 2 Responsibilities:
Support skill development and increasing independence
Assist with job coaching and task analysis
Assist with documentation and problem-solving
Level 3 Responsibilities:
Perform all level 1 and level 2 responsibilities
Lead daily operations of employment sites
Train, mentor, and support team members
Complete and oversee documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with program, safety and quality standards
