The role offers a range of schedules—full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts—with paid training and a starting pay of $21.00 per hour. A valid NYS driver’s license is required, and generous benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized plans and support daily living activities.
• Oversee health, safety, and well-being of the people we support.
• Keep nurses advised and document care in residence or community sites.
• Transport and accompany people we support on community activities.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and other facility duties.
