Job summary

KenCrest in Spring City is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with IDD in Western Montgomery County. You will assist with daily living, encourage independence, and help participants participate in community activities.

We offer a two-week paid orientation, required trainings including CPR/First Aid, and flexible full- and part-time shifts. The position pays $18.00 per hour at this pilot location and aims to make a meaningful impact every day while supporting career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a caregiver and life coach to promote independence.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and medications.
• Support social outings, community involvement, and shopping.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports.
