Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a Direct Support Professional to work in Fresno, Clovis, and Madera. Part-time with 10–15 hours weekly, potential to grow into full-time. Competitive hourly pay and additional incentives, plus paid training and structured career pathways.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: Mon-Friday after 3pm Sat/Sunday after 12pm
