Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide overnight support to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome by ensuring a safe, restful, and secure environment while remaining available to address any emergencies or resident needs that arise during the night. This position permits sleep during scheduled hours in accordance with the awake/sleep schedule outlined by the group home, while maintaining readiness to assist as needed. Schedule 3rd Shift starts between 8:00pm and 11:00pm with the shift ending between 6:00am and 9:00am (Monday thru Friday) 12-hour Weekend Shifts starts at 8:00pm and ends at 8:00am (Saturday and Sunday required on a rotating basis.) Sleep Period: Sleep is permitted between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Holiday shifts required as part of the rotation. Flexibility required to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
