Job summary

Crest Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time rotating schedule. You will help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent lives while building meaningful relationships.

Compassionate, dependable candidates who are available for rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are encouraged to apply, with paid training and a $17.00/hr base pay plus a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Caregiving, healthcare, DSP, CNA, PCA, home health experience is preferred but not required; paid training provided.
• Compassionate, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Must be available to work rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Provide compassionate support while encouraging independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and fellow team members to provide quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do
