Direct Care and Treatment is seeking Direct Support Professional Senior for the Becker, MN area. This part‑time role involves direct care, developing residential plans, documenting outcomes, and using de‑escalation strategies for individuals with challenging behaviors.
Occasional weekend/holiday work and driving to transport clients may be required. Bonuses may apply; compensation aligns with state job postings and includes shift differentials for evenings and overnights.

This posting will be used to fill multiple permanent, part‑time Direct Care positions within DCT Community Based Services sites in Becker, MN. Shifts Available: Rotating (day/evening combination) OR overnight. We also offer shift differential for hours between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am!

DCT operates a highly specialized behavioral health care system that serves people with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. This includes psychiatric hospitals and other inpatient mental health treatment facilities; inpatient substance abuse treatment facilities; dental clinics, group homes, vocational sites, and sex offender treatment facilities.
