The State of Minnesota is hiring Direct Care Professionals in Rochester/Kasson, MN. These positions support individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness in housing programs, with day, evening, or overnight shifts. The work involves direct care, documenting progress, and implementing individualized plans.
Applicants should have experience in de-escalation, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. A CNA/PCA certification is preferred.
Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is unable to provide sponsorship for work visas. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States at the start of employment. DCT does not participate in E-Verify.

This posting will be used to fill multiple permanent, full-time (80 hours), part-time and intermittent (on-call) Direct Care positions within DCT Community Based Services sites in Rochester and Kasson, MN. Shifts Available: Day, rotating (day/evening combination) OR overnight. We also offer shift differential for hours between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am!

DCT operates a highly specialized behavioral health care system that serves people with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and developmental and intellectual disabilities. This includes psychiatric hospitals and other inpatient mental health treatment facilities; inpatient substance abuse treatment facilities; dental clinics, group homes, vocational sites, and sex offender treatment facilities.
