Responsibilities

• Educate on identifying abuse and accessing resources.
• Assist with securing alternative housing if needed.
• Help maintain a safe and healthy home environment.
• Facilitate participation in classes aligned with individual interests.
• Submit accurate daily and monthly documentation.
• Transport individuals as needed according to policies.
• Comply with OPWDD and NYS Justice Center regulations.
