Job summary

Rimland Services NFP is seeking dependable DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in homes and communities. The weekend overnight shift runs Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, with base pay $21.60/hour and $24.60/hour for designated HCWR roles. No prior DSP experience is required; paid training is provided.

Locations include Niles, Morton Grove, Mt. Prospect, Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, IL.

Qualifications

• No prior DSP experience required; paid training is provided.
• Must complete fingerprint background check, CANTS check, and drug screening.
• Original high school diploma, GED, or college transcript required.
• Two years of residency history and valid work authorization documents needed.
• Two verifiable employment references from the past three years.
