Pony Bird, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals for our new Respite Program in Mapaville. This role involves providing respite supports with dignity and respect to individuals with developmental and medical needs.

Expect paid training and a supportive environment with a strong commitment to teamwork and high-quality services. Shift options include day and overnight schedules; hourly rates are $20.00 and $21.00 respectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Complete and maintain First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification and other DMH/licensure training requirements.
• Must successfully complete Pony Bird Level I Medication Aide program approved by the State of Missouri for medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct respite care with warmth, respect and dignity.
• Support individuals with developmental, physical, and medical needs as required.
• Attend required training and certification courses throughout employment.
