Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with evening ($2.00), midnight ($2.50), and weekend ($2.00) shift differentials plus paid training and benefits. Join a compassionate team focused on dignity, respect, and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions and problem solve.
• CPR and crisis intervention training provided or required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and word processing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and listed shifts.

• Support individuals to reach their full life potential with quality of life, dignity and respect.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide total care supports.
• Encourage independence within the individual's capacity.
• Serve as a positive role model for appropriate adult behavior.
• Provide accurate documentation and adhere to Individual Support Plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment upholding standards and regulations.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Maintain attendance according to agency policy and position.
