Job summary

Community Partners NH in Strafford County is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in a residential setting, providing services and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and co‑occurring mental illness.

We offer a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, competitive wages, and a benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage, flexible PTO, tuition reimbursement, life and long‑term disability insurance, and a 403(b).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

The Role

The Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) will work in a residential environment providing services and support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and co-occurring Mental Illness. We are looking for staff with experience working with people who may have symptoms of mental illness, behavioral challenges, safety concerns, and possible health issues in addition to their intellectual disabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
