Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (waking, dressing, hygiene, bedtime).
• Plan and support meaningful recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities.
• Prepare, serve, and support healthy meals while promoting good nutrition.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of residents and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with care team and families to support individualized plans.
