Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with challenging behaviors and de-escalation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to use electronic devices including databases and internet-based applications.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on positive behavior techniques and person-centered plans.
• Encourage clients to reach personal and employment goals.
• Provide support, redirection, and de-escalation during challenging behavior situations.
• Train and monitor clients to perform work-related tasks.
• Engage with clients throughout the day and complete attendance.
• Meet transportation needs and assist loading/unloading clients safely.
