Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities statewide. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and Weekend positions with a friendly team and paid training. You’ll help individuals learn skills, encourage community involvement, and promote safety and well-being.

Pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour, with flexible schedules and a family-like environment. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license – No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.

Looking for caring individuals that are DSPs-Direct Support Professionals to work statewide to support adults with developmental disabilities. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or cognitive disabilities live a more fulfilled and rewarding life.
