Job summary

Access: Supports for Living in Middletown, NY is seeking dedicated per diem caregivers to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independent, fulfilling lives. Join a mission-driven team that values compassion, clear communication, and reliable scheduling.

What you’ll do: assist with daily living, personal care, health and safety, transport to activities, and documentation in electronic systems. Weekend shifts acceptable with support for training.

• Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $17.50-$20.00 (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Per Diem, Must be able to work weekends.

Other locations include: New Windsor, Pine Bush, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, & Pleasant Valley.
