Job summary

Access, Inc. is seeking compassionate team members in Middletown, NY to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This per diem role requires weekend work and offers opportunities for growth and training.

You will assist with daily living, advocate for participants, ensure safety and program compliance, and transport individuals to activities and appointments. Bilingual skills and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

• Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $17.50-$20.00 (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Per Diem, Must be able to work weekends.

Other locations include: New Windsor, Pine Bush, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, & Pleasant Valley.
