Rate: $17.50-$21.00 (Dependent on experience & house level)

Shift: All shifts available (Day, Night, Overnight, 2½ day shift)

Employment: Full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts available

Other locations include but are not limited to: Newburgh, Middletown, Poughkeepsie, Pine Bush, and Coxsackie.

Direct Support Professional Description

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care, meals, and medication.
• Teach life skills like money management and social interaction.
• Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation.
• Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles.

What You Bring

• Experience in care or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to complete training and certifications.
• A valid driver’s license; bilingual or ASL skills a plus.
